Homeschool Day At The Jenney
Homeschool Day at the Jenney
Homeschool Day at the Jenney
Thursday, April 24, 2025
9:00 am – 4:00 pm
A day created for those who homeschool and for those who want their children
to experience a day of fun and education.
Come and find out what made America great in the first place!
Start your day in Plymouth at the National Monument to the Forefathers where you will grab your passport and off you go! Tour the Monument and take a walk through historic downtown Plymouth. A few exciting historical characters may even meet you on your tour! The afternoon will include programs with topics such as “A Biblical Worldview”, Work is Worship”, and “Faith in God” and more .
Your day also includes hands-on crafts, music and a visit to the Jenney Interpretive Center exhibits and gift shop. Recommended ages 6 and up. Strollers are also suggested for under 5 years.End your day with a visit to the fish ladder. If all goes well, we will see the herring swimming up Town Brook (hopefully they’ll be “running” at this time – after all this is nature and we can’t control these little guys!). While at the fish ladder, enjoy a talk covering the events that happened there.
